Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations
AAPCHO is dedicated to promoting advocacy, collaboration, and leadership that improves the health status and access of AA&NHOPIs within the United States, its territories, and freely associated states, primarily through our member CHCs. The Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations (AAPCHO) was formed in 1987 by CHCs primarily serving medically underserved AA&NHOPIs. The goal of these organizations was to create a national voice to advocate for the unique and diverse health needs of AA&NHOPI communities and the community health providers that served those needs.
Association of Clinicians for the Underserved (ACU)’s Star² Center
The Solutions, Training, and Assistance for Recruitment and Retention (STAR²) Center is a project of the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved (ACU) that provides resources, training, and technical assistance to help Health Center Program grantees with their clinician workforce challenges and questions.

Established through the community health center movement, Capital Link is dedicated to strengthening and expanding high-quality, community based healthcare in a rapidly changing marketplace.
Community Health Center, Inc.
Community Health Center, Inc. is a private non-profit agency providing primary care and social services to all, particularly to those who cannot gain access to such services elsewhere. We are defining how a full spectrum of healthcare services – including both physical and mental health – can be delivered where they are needed most.

Farmworker Justice
Farmworker Justice is a nonprofit organization that seeks to empower migrant and seasonal farmworkers to improve their living and working conditions, immigration status, health, occupational safety, and access to justice. We work with farmworkers and their organizations throughout the nation. Based in Washington, D.C, Farmworker Justice was founded in 1981. In 1996, Farmworker Justice became a subsidiary corporation of National Council of La Raza, the nation’s largest constituency-based Hispanic civil rights organization.
Florida Health Care Association
The mission is to advance the quality of services, image, professional development and financial stability of its members. The Association works to promote the importance of investing in the well-being of Florida’s frail elders and individuals with disabilities and to ensure their continued access to high-quality long-term care.
Health Center Association of Nebraska
The Health Center Association of Nebraska is Nebraska’s Primary Care Association and is dedicated to expanding and enhancing access to quality, community-responsive care at Nebraska’s health centers. Through our collaborative approach, we bring together healthcare providers, community partners, government and legislature, and other stakeholders to address the root causes of health disparities and create lasting solutions. HCAN plays a crucial role in empowering and strengthening community health centers by serving as a supportive partner and advocate for positive change in community health.
Health Information, Technology, Evaluation, and Quality Center
The purpose of the center is to support health centers to use electronic health records (EHRs) to collect accurate clinical data and to use this data to support positive health outcomes for all health center patients.

MHP Salud
Since 1983, MHP Salud, a national non-profit organization, has been dedicated to strengthening underserved communities by improving access to health care and social services. We believe that every person has the unique skills, talents, and experiences that are key to creating and implementing solutions to community needs. That is why Community Health Workers are at the center of everything we do. Developing and implementing innovative CHW programs with a firm commitment to collaboration and resource-sharing have remained key organizational strategies.
Migrant Clinicians Network
Migrant Clinicians Network (MCN) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that creates practical solutions at the intersection of poverty, migration, and health. MCN provides bridge case management, support, technical assistance, and professional development to clinicians in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and other health care delivery sites with the ultimate purpose of providing quality health care that increases access and reduces disparities for migrant farmworkers and other mobile underserved populations.
National Alliance of Resident Services in Affordable and Assisted Housing
The National Alliance of Resident Services in Affordable and Assisted Housing (NAR-SAAH) provides technical assistance to employees of Resident Services and members of Resident Councils by helping to shape national housing policy, expand partnerships with community agencies, leverage funds to support resident programs, and speak on matters impacted by changing economic conditions and shifting political priorities.

The National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) was founded in 1971 to promote efficient, high-quality, comprehensive health care that is accessible, culturally and linguistically competent, community directed, and patient-centered for all.
National Center for Equitable Care for Elders
The National Center for Equitable Care for Elders (NCECE), part of the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, focuses on improving health care for older adults. The center collaborates with various partners to advance knowledge, improve service delivery, and address emerging issues in elder care.

The National Center for Farmworker Health (NCFH) is a private, not-for-profit corporation located in Buda, Texas dedicated to improving the health status of farmworker families by providing information services, training and technical assistance, and a variety of products to community and migrant health centers nationwide, as well as organizations, universities, researchers, and individuals involved in farmworker health.

National Health Care for the Homeless Council
The National Health Care for the Homeless Council includes thousands of providers and consumers of health care targeted to people without homes, working together to end homelessness by improving health care access and quality. The work of the National Health Care for the Homeless Council takes many forms, including research, technical assistance and training, policy and advocacy, and constituency organizing and community building. We are grounded in the beliefs that health care and housing are human rights and that all people have the right to participate in decisions that affect them.

National Network for Oral Health Access

School-Based Health Alliance
The School-Based Health Alliance was founded in 1995 and is the national voice for school-based health centers (SBHCs). They also advocate for national policies, programs, and funding to expand and strengthen SBHCs, while also supporting the movement with training and technical assistance.
