The Affordable Care Act (ACA) has enabled millions of Americans to obtain health insurance coverage. ACA has brought to the attention to the attention of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) to strengthen their existing revenue cycle management. Many FQHCs across our nation are facing serious challenges resulting from changes in reimbursement.  Health Center Programs have depended on the Prospective Payment System (PPS) rate to survive.  Alternate methodologies have emerged which shift the emphasis from volume to performance, value-based compensation.  This webinar will offer ideas on steps to take in order to prepare for this transition and suggestions for diversifying funding streams, implementing coding and reviewing real time performance measure reports.
