The use of geographic information system (GIS) technology allows Health Center Program Grantees to identify neighborhood needs and assets, explore disparities in health, compare trends within a geographic region, and prioritize the use of limited resources. This webinar will be focused on, but not limited to, Public Housing Primary Care grantees and the use of mapping software as a tool to analyze and utilize data to better serve residents in and accessible to public housing.
