The Authority over Community Health Centers is provided by the Board of Directors. This webinar will review the Duties of Care and authorities that the Board of Directors must accomplish in order to be in compliance with the HRSA Program Requirements.

- Explain six specific areas on how to govern a Community Health Center
- Recognize the importance of having committees of the board and how to work within them
- Delineate the duties between the CEO and Board of Directors
