The National Health Care for the Homeless Council (NHCHC) and the National Center for Health in Public Housing (NCHPH) hosted an engaging webinar with guest speakers from the Stanford REACH Lab, UCSF Smoking Cessation Leadership Center and the Boston Healthcare for the Homeless Program, highlighting innovative and effective approaches to address tobacco use among homeless individuals and residents of public housing. This session provided up-to-date promising practices in smoking cessation programs and delivery models that health centers can implement to improve outcomes for their patients.
