In this webinar hosted by NCHPH, we highlighted the crucial role health centers play in ensuring safe living conditions for residents of public and affordable housing. We shared practical, evidence-based approaches for reducing home hazards and improving safety outcomes within these communities.

Through a combination of case examples, workflow models, and data-driven strategies, the session provided attendees with valuable tools for conducting safety screenings, effectively communicating findings, and connecting patients with appropriate housing and safety resources. By the end of the session, participants gained actionable insights on how to integrate safety assessments into their practice and work collaboratively to create healthier, safer living environments for vulnerable populations.
