In this webinar hosted by NCHPH, we highlighted the crucial role health centers play in ensuring safe living conditions for residents of public and affordable housing. We shared practical, evidence-based approaches for reducing home hazards and improving safety outcomes within these communities.
Through a combination of case examples, workflow models, and data-driven strategies, the session provided attendees with valuable tools for conducting safety screenings, effectively communicating findings, and connecting patients with appropriate housing and safety resources.
