Resources and Promising Practices, Special Populations Roundtable on Health Center COVID-19 Vaccine Program (NTTAPs)
This publication contains resources and promising practices identified and developed by health centers, HRSA, CDC and other partners in addressing the challenges of COVID-19. The resources and promising practices were collected during the Special Populations Roundtable on the Health Center COVID-19 Program during the period from March through May of 2021. The Roundtable is joint effort of multiple National Training and Technical Assistance Partners (NTTAPs).
